Delete your data

Vidalo is the AI video app published by Deniz Ozgur. This page explains how to delete your Vidalo account and everything stored with it.

The fastest route is inside the app, and it needs no email and no waiting.

Delete everything from inside the app

• Open Vidalo.
• Go to the Account tab.
• Tap Delete my account & data.
• Confirm. Your photos, your videos and your account are erased immediately.

If you have already removed the app, write to deniz@spacerunners.com from any address and tell us you want your data deleted. Vidalo accounts are anonymous and carry no email address, so please include the Account ID shown at the bottom of the Account tab if you still have the app installed. We reply within 30 days.

What we have to keep, and for how long

Two things survive deletion, and neither contains a photo, a video, or anything you typed:

• Purchase records. Subscriptions and credit packs are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. We keep the transaction record for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your Vidalo account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play first.
• Basic technical logs. Error and request logs rotate away after 90 days.

Deleting a single video

You do not have to delete everything. In the Library tab you can remove any individual video, and it is erased from our storage at the same time.
